Madison avenue sleek
In this five-bedroom 4,500 square foot residence in an Emory Roth-designed building, this particular client wanted a calm Zen-like approach to the interior. I solved that request by cleaning up the fussy architectural details, opening up the dining and living rooms to let in more light, and creating a practical open-plan for their lifestyle. After the architectural issues were resolved, I applied a serene palette of natural stones and woods with creamy linens, pale blues and terra cotta velvets. Dramatic, sculptural lighting enhances the new décor to create a beautiful, timeless, and cohesive interior.
