Brooklyn loft
This residence, located at the landmarked Williamsburgh Savings Bank in Brooklyn, is an iconic structure built in 1928 and until recently was the tallest building in Brooklyn for over 80 years. This renovation takes advantage of the 12- foot ceilings and expansive views of New York City harbor and the Statue of Liberty. The drama is enhanced with tailored decoration and an eclectic yet masculine mix of furnishings that combine teakwood, travertine, and an abundance of gold, black, and metallic accents. Gold foil tree branch-patterned wallpaper juxtaposes rough plank wood ceilings, and creates a dressed-up loft that is completely suitable for relaxation or chic cocktail parties.
